Much of the farm is a nature reserve. The owner-operators run an on-site lab researching natural methods to reduce fungi and pests rather than reaching for chemicals, and they run a dairy alongside the coffee — the cows, and the rich compost they produce, are a working part of a regenerative farm system. They treat the environment, their employees and the surrounding community with genuine care, which is a large part of why this relationship has lasted.

Read more about Finca San Jerónimo Miramar, or join us on an origin trip — our Guatemala tours visit this farm.

How to Brew It

For the cleanest expression of the florals, we suggest a pour-over.
