Who they are. Kings Peak Coffee roasts in Utah and runs coffee shops in Salt Lake City. It began with direct-trade relationships with farmers in Guatemala and Costa Rica and has since added several origins. It works with several Salt Lake distilleries on limited barrel-aged roasts.
