Who roasts the coffee?

Hornet Coffee Company. We roast small-batch to ready-room standards. Every bag is meant to be drunk, not displayed.

Is this veteran-owned?

Yes. Founder Trevor Hull flew the F/A-18 Hornet on two combat deployments. The company is veteran-owned.

What should I order first?

Do you offer grind and bag size options?

Yes, where the product page lists them. Choose whole bean or a grind to match your brewer, and pick the size that fits how fast you drink it. Freshness matters more than stockpiling.

How long does shipping take?

We roast to order, so allow a few days for roasting and packing before the carrier has it. Transit time then depends on your location. Tracking goes out when the order ships. Details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

What is the AI Flight Concierge?

A personalized coffee matching system we are building. It is not live yet. You can join the waitlist on the AI Concierge page. Until then, the coffee is real and ready to ship.
