From Cockpit to Cup
I'm Trevor Hull. I flew the F/A-18 Hornet as a Marine fighter pilot, and I've loved coffee for as long as I can remember. In the squadron, a good cup was part of every early brief and every long night in the ready room.
Out of uniform, finding that cup got harder. I'd scroll page after page of bags that all sounded the same, guess, and end up with something that didn't fit how I actually drink it. There's great coffee out there. It just shouldn't take that much searching to find yours.
So I built Hornet Coffee Company. We roast a few blends under our own label, but our real passion is bringing boutique roasters together in one place. Today that's more than 500 bags from a lineup of roasters, all on one shelf.
With that many choices, we use AI, our Flight Concierge, to match you to a coffee you'll like, however you brew it. Drip machine, French press, pour-over, espresso, or a latte with plenty of milk: tell Flight Concierge what you like and it'll point you to a few bags worth trying.
Our roasters roast fresh. Your coffee isn't one of thousands of bags sitting for months in a big online warehouse or on a grocery store shelf. It comes from people who care about what's in the bag.
