Hornet Coffee Company was built by Trevor Hull after two combat deployments flying the F/A-18 Hornet off aircraft carriers. Coffee was part of the mission. It fueled long flights, early briefs, and late nights in the squadron. Most of what we drank was average. That was the problem.
Average coffee has no place next to precision work. I became obsessed with finding something better: the exceptional small-batch roasts most people never get to taste. Every bag we roast is held to ready-room standards. No compromise. No filler. No theater.
