Delícia do Brasil
Sweet, chocolaty and nutty with low acidity — an easy, everyday medium roast from Brazil that also happens to fund small businesses in coffee-growing communities.
Coffee That Funds Microloans
50 cents from every bag of Delícia goes to Kiva microloans supporting women-owned small businesses in coffee-growing regions around the world. Which loans get funded is decided by our Employee Giving Committee — an employee-led group we launched in 2021 so the people who work here have a real voice in where our donation dollars go. See more about our giveback program.
Grown in Sul de Minas
Delícia comes from our family's own farms in Brazil's Sul de Minas region, where the Carneiro family has grown coffee since 1890. The farms sit at over 1,100 meters, and the beans develop the mellow sweetness and full body that make this a low-acid coffee you can drink all day. Read how our direct trade model works.
Roasted by a Certified B Corp
Delícia is roasted in Portland, Oregon by a Certified B Corporation: 100% renewable energy, Loring roasters that cut roasting energy and emissions by up to 80%, a zero-waste roastery, and at least 1% of annual gross profits donated to nonprofits every year.
